Karl F. Weintz | Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer

Karl has broad experience leading security and technology businesses through hyper-growth and drastic industry consolidation. He was recently Chief Operating Officer of CoreStreet, the leader in Credential Validation solutions for Identity & Access Management technologies for cyber, homeland and physical security. He successfully grew the business to profitability and sold it to ActivIdentity, world leader in Identity Assurance software. While at ActivIdentity he ran Worldwide Sales, Marketing and Corporate Development and was instrumental in the subsequent sale of ActivIdentity to HID Global, part of ASSA ABLOY. Karl started his career at NASA, where he led the mechanical design, analysis and integration team for an experiment that flew on the Space Shuttle Endeavor. Karl holds a master of business administration degree from Harvard Business School, a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering, as well as a bachelor of arts in anthropology from Stanford University.

James E. Davis | Board Member

James has served as a director of the Company since its founding. James was a founder and a director of Cross Match, a leader in identity management solutions. With an extensive background in design and manufacturing, James also served as president and owner of 3D Machining, Inc., a manufacturer of precision machine tooled products. Prior to that, he founded, and was president and chief executive officer of Lenzar Optics Corporation, a designer and manufacturer of optical equipment for military and medical applications.

Karl Rauscher | Board Member and Chairman of the Strategic Advisory Board

Karl is a Commissioner, and the Managing Director and CEO of the Global Information Infrastructure Commission (GIIC), a federation of Chairmen and CEOs affiliated with the world’s leading Internet companies with a reach of nearly 200 countries and with aggregate annual revenues exceeding $500 billion, who anticipate and address high-consequence issues concomitant with the advance of information and communications technologies. An expert in strategic breakthroughs in ultra-high reliability and security across information & communications technology, global businesses and governments on 5 continents look to Karl for advice and oversight. He serves as Ambassador-At-Large and Chief Architect of Cyberspace Policy at the IEEE. Karl served as Chief Technology Officer & Distinguished Fellow of the EastWest Institute, leading the first track II China-U.S. bilateral on cyber-security. Karl is a Bell Labs Fellow and is cited for leading the first achievement of “6 9’s” availability for a complex electronic system and for architecting the development of hundreds of industry best practices for reliability and security of communications networks. He was elected by industry peers as Vice Chairman of the U.S. Network Reliability Steering Committee (NRSC), was appointed to chair subcommittees of the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Network Reliability and Interoperability Council (NRIC) and served on the National Academy of Engineering / National Research Council Critical Infrastructure Roundtable. Karl is also the founder and President of the not-for-profit Wireless Emergency Response Team (WERT), which led advanced search and rescue efforts for survivors in the 9-11 terrorist attacks. He holds electrical engineering degrees from Pennsylvania State University and Rutgers University.

Will Fleming | Board Member

A market innovator, Will has 20 years of experience building profitable growth companies and creating markets for new technology-based services both domestically and internationally. Will is known for identifying and understanding consumer trends and applying those data-driven insights to deliver products that are both relevant and ahead of the curve. In 2000, Will co-founded MotionPoint, a technology innovator that has been recognized by both Inc. Magazine and Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 as one of the fastest growing companies in the U.S. and North America. To further establish MotionPoint as the worldwide leader in website globalization services, Will led significant rounds of funding with Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital and Riverwood Capital. Before establishing MotionPoint, Will co-founded Convenience Products Corporation, a company he grew into a nationwide leader that helped create a market for prepaid calling card and prepaid wireless products. It was ultimately acquired by AT&T. He received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Carleton and an MBA from the Wharton School.

Thomas J. Chisholm | Board Member

As the founder and CEO of Viecore, Tom built the company into a leading software development and system integration firm specializing in enterprise-level customer interaction solutions. Tom enhanced Viecore’s offering through development of strategic partnerships with technology leaders such as IBM, Microsoft, Avaya, Financial Fusion and Nuance. Tom architected the sale of the company to Nuance in 2008, creating one of the world’s most widely recognized enterprise service organizations focused on customer care and interactions within the contact center space. Prior to Viecore, Tom held executive positions in United Technologies, Telex, and ITT. Tom has been recognized for his leadership style and ebullient efforts with numerous awards from industry giants such as IBM and Genesys. Tom is currently the CEO of Chisholm Ventures LLC.

Joaquin B. Viso | Board Member

Joaquín B. Viso is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Grupo VL, LLC and Chairman of the Board of Directors of GVL Holdings, LLC and MC-21 Corporation, firms dedicated to provide pharmacy benefits management services to health insurance providers and to other healthcare related activities internationally. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Government Development Bank for Puerto Rico. Joaquin has served on several other Boards including Patheon Inc., the Puerto Rico Governor’s Strategic Advisory Council, the Corporation for Technological Transformation, Genomas, Inc., Scotiabank of Puerto Rico and the Advisory Board of Banco Popular de Puerto Rico.  Earlier in his career, Joaquin was President and General Manager of SmithKline (now Glaxo SmithKline) operations in Puerto Rico.  Joaquin was named “Businessman of the Year” at the national level by the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and was awarded the Distinguished Award by the International Center of New York.

Tam Hulusi | Board Member

Tam is a principal of Mycroft LLC, a technology strategy and innovation consulting group. Tam most recently served as Senior Vice President, Strategy & Innovation at HID Global.  He previously served as President of SMF Systems Technology Corp., a leading small-business Federal Government IT services provider and President of Newmark Technology Inc., an early stage RFID asset tracking company.  He has also worked in the security industry with Honeywell and Group4. Tam is an inventor with ten patents.  He holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the Institute of Polymer Science, University of Essex, and M.Sc. in Quantum Mechanics from the University of Sussex.  He is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s International Senior Management Program.
